Not sure why this anime got a sequel when the first one ended so well, but it did and it was a pretty great season, just as good as the first with awesome music to it. Though I still have no idea how their world works geographic wise but there is still a story to be told, of what happens when children get involved in war. Though the anime could have used a few more episodes to flesh things out, but in the end its pretty good. My only issue is there is stuff between this and the first season that doesn't make it into the anime, so some things may confuse season 1 watchers or those who took the time to watch the season 1 recap episode.

I can't think of any other good anime starting with L, so I would make it this series.
 
that art looks amazing
and only for that i am going to watch this anime lol. and the story is not bad too
