Have you guys heard about "kuroshitsuji" anime? It is also know as the "black butler"

It's the story of a young guy named "ciel" and his butler sebastian. Honestly, the butler is a demon who forms pacts with humans to get...delicious souls.

I am not really sure about ciel's past but I do know that he suffered a lot and there is the thing with the pact or contract he made with his butler sebastian. So, sebastian is serving him to get him soul in the end. Ciel phantomhive is also knows as the "queen's guard dog". Even though he is young, he takes care of everything. All in all, this is an anime with supernatural stuff. So, if you are into horror anime, check this out :D

I wasn't sure how I liked this one. I didn't outright hate it but I cant say I loved it.

I like Sebastian but he was too OP to me.
I love Ciel as well.

Season 2 was a LOT darker and a lot better to me because finally Sebastian had a match that rivaled him in ability and wit.

I found the description of this anime rather blunt and not really interesting. I thought at first it is some kind of Ai type of anime where an older guy falls for an underage boy.

The "older Guy" is the deamon that he has dealt with Ciel "underage boy", in which the one who has made the deal with Sebastian shall remain impure.

it's a really good manga and there is a rumor that it's a shonen ai but it's never true. people like to ship them both like @AkimichiPratik said before.

Not a fan. I tried 3 episodes today and it was every single anime cliche stitched together into an anime. I'm more so bored because I saw way too many anime featuring a guy who can pretty much do everything. And I'm not talking about over-powered characters, I'm talking about characters who are basically Gods who know anything and everything, and Sebastian is someone like that. Not a fan.
The slapstick gag comedy they were going for with the other butlers didn't impress me either. But most of all it's the animation, my God it's so uninspiring and boring, it made me fall asleep half the time. Especially the action scenes.
The supernatural angles they were going for didn't have any tension or suspense either, just a bunch of scenes. Over all this is not for me and I dropped it after episode 3. Anymore and I'd rather watch Boku no Pico.

you should watch it a little more before deciding that and i don't get why you bring boku no pico all the time, unless you are obsessed with it. there are many anime worse than boku no pico like ane koi

I probably mentioned Boku no Pico like thrice the entire time I've been here. Also it's mentioned because it's infamous for being very bad, I'm pretty sure nobody has heard of Ane Koi, and having searched it, it's a proper hentai. Boku no Pico is basically a meme at this point and it's synonymous with bad anime so yeah I don't see myself changing it.
Also 3 episodes is more than enough to decide. It's not like I decided after 1. There's a reason why there's the conventional rule is "the three episode rule" and not anything else.
And did you read what I posted? I pretty much disliked everything about it.
How much more do you even want me to watch?

I've been following the series for a long while now, the anime has done really well and the manga is getting better with each chapter. I look forward to see how this goes.

Well, I have watched it a long time ago and I was impressed. It's really dark and I am not so sure why you don't like Sebastian but he is not exactly omnipotent.

what do you think yaoi is?
it's not mild like shounen ai and phone should have realized it before making dumb assumptions with their dumb heads. it's your loss if you don't like it.
it is popular for a reason

People probably don't hate it because it's yaoi. You don't need to make everything about Yaoi. There are other infamous bad anime too like Pupa, Garzeys wing and in recent times Handshakers.
Also I don't like every single popular anime and since this is clearly Fujoshi bait it's not exactly a loss for me.

yaoi is like a hentai of bl. i don't want to say that but it's the truth and it had a story to it.
people don't know that

I won't deny that this series has a light yaoi to it, though if you really want it then watch Descendants of Darkness.

Well, he is a demon and is trying to act as a butler.
It gets funny after a while, but as a whole, it's still a very dark anime.
I suppose it depends on the way you view it as well.

I see.
Well, if you ever want to give it another try, you don't have to hesitate. It's a good series overall with the historical theme to it
