King riku's encouraging announcement

The announcement really made a huge impact and looking at the citizens helping each other, is a pleasant thing.
Did anybody of you noticed that oda always make the king or the highest position member cry every time and it's own luffy that takes away their worries?

There are some flaws in the announcement. If riku is that worries. He should start moving himself and he should start helping the invalid. What are your thoughts about this situation?

crying is very badly protrayed in one piece. running nose and very big tears for men and women is disgusting but heartfelt and we can't look away too
