@MadaraUchiha @Sindar i am seeing this user often and sometimes i couldn't find him/her in the users list at all. so, i am thinking that you guys deleted his account often.

if so, can't you just ban his/her ip from making more weird accounts? it's annoying.
 
He has 0 posts now. I don't know anything about him, so I am not going to act. If you see him breaking rules, let me know.

I don't O.o Also, everyone starts as a zero post account, so why would you want to delete those? Not to mention, people may use them to read the forum, would be very rude to delete them just cause they don't post anything.

Really? Then why did you guys come up with such a rule?
Even in that main bar there is a link to that thread.
 

At first I couldn't see it as i am using the dark theme. I like the emoticon
