I got a PM stating @Sindar tagged me somewhere but when I tried to access that, it's showing that I don't have permissions and the page doesn't exist.
Is this a bug?

I was just thinking that may be I am experiencing the ban issues too.
Many people are experiencing those things a lot lately.
