Is "Shou Tucker" the most HATED character in all of Anime?

what do you all think?
i think he is but i am not entirely sure at all and what do you all think about shou tucker from fullmetal alchemist.
 
I do think he is hated by many.
Not sure if there will be another character who can be so evil and heartless and cold.
 
i really think he is pure evil
and no matter how evil other characters are, usually they try to protect their offspring.
 
Definitely among the top. And yeah, most characters at least try to protect their offspring. My girlfriend suggested Mineta or Ash Ketchum, for pure annoyance factor. XD As for most evil, she said Frieza. XP

i think ask is fine
but i don't know who this mineta is to be honest lol.
and frieza is cool.

Mineta is a little perverted creep from MHA. XD And I can confirm he's *extremely* annoying. XD

and i didn't know perverts can be very scary lol and i am sure he is a bad guy now. beyond bad lol

No, he's really not bad, just an annoying creep that a lot of the fandom hates, and the question *was* 'hated', not 'evil'. XP

you are right. and yes he is not pure evil but for what he had done, he is hated by everyone.
