No, i think.. he just stressed and pushed to his limit

But! what bothered me about Punpun is his personal God. Okay so what is this personal God? It's somekind like an imaginary friend. Maybe we have heard some kids have imaginary friend but to have it in highschool day is just creepy for me, well Punpun is not crazy but something definitely wrong on his head haha..

One thing to noticed about Punpun is.. he do similar thing like Mari, when he no longer have strengh and his life start to crumbling apart.. he make new persona to deal with it. Well not as severe as Mari but still..

So uh.. i won't say Punpun is crazy but he is highly unstable

I admit i never seen something like this before
