Haha.. this is interesting! I think.. she is lesbian, or show sign of lesbianism

First clue.. when they met for the first time in infirmary, it's true that Yori reminds her about her past.. but to console her, she didn't need to hug her like a lover omg.. from this point Yori develop crush to Mari

Second clue.. when Isao kiss Yori, Isao said that he feels his body move by itself.. i always suspect that it was Mari who take over the body and kiss Yori, sometimes Mari also shown up when they have 'serious' moment together, well actually to sometimes.. it just two times from the entire series but it's enough evidence

Third clue.. Mari always reject boys who want to date her. Well maybe this is just about taste or social reason but i'll still use this for validating my opinion haha..

So.. i think Mari is lesbian
