Is "Before the Final Episode" better than the "Final Episode"?

I believe so.
Usually final episode is all about wrapping up and the before final episode, is far more interesting.
Do you guys agree with me?

and i never expected anything like this but before last episode is usually very good when it's being compared to the last episode

There are a lot of animes that make it the big climax before the final, so the final can focus on after reactions and wrap up.

Final episodes are good but for another reasons of all the bonding in it.
