Is AMF GDPR compliant?

I haven't seen any updates about the privacy policy and the cookies and all that stuff related to GDPR on AMF lately.
 
I am not so sure what this is about.
Let me check with the technical folks of the forum. @Claraviolet   @テクニカル諏訪子   
Do you have any idea about what this is?
 
If you guys check your emails, you should have gotten a ton of emails about this from any site you currently visit/sign up to about a change of ToS and or Privacy Policy. As every website that wishes to receive any EU traffic must comply to a recent law that went into effect.

The law, summed up, states:

On May 25, 2018, a new European Union (EU) data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), takes effect. The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on organizations that process personal data of EU residents.

In short, if you collect any info (like emails) then you got to state how you are using/protecting that info (This is my understanding of course).

Sounds tough. Looks like I said not aware of many things related to latest privacy updates. Do this forum, have to do anything now?
 
there is still no positive response for this. who is the one, that should reply to here? is it clara?

Yes it's GDPR complaint. We don't have any stuff that is against this one. As for the cookie policy, I will have to take a look at it, but I don't think we collect info from guests and not to mention that this is already mentioned during the registration.

Let me check that and get back to you :D

@Clara , as mybb takes care of that stuff, may be we don't have to worry about them?
