Interesting plot with no character development in anime

Most of the battle shonen anime fits this category, according to me. Almost all the characters stays the same and no, I don't count new attacks and strategies as part of character development

I think every anime got a story Nan. Not just new attacks, there would be some cliche plot points as well.
