In with the new or out with the old

We all have preferences when it comes to new and old things, and the same goes for anime. When it comes to it, do you like the old type of anime or the new style? What are some of the traits you like from the type you like? Do you like both? Why?[/i]

Well, I guess I like both..........But I don't care about whether the anime is new or old............What I care about: the story, the dialogues and the pacing..............

I like both, but I prefer the newer looking anime, most as early as 2000 because thats when I started seeing anime that was released at that date and it has a cleaner look to it. Probably because it is computer rendered to look more clear and fresh than an anime from the early 90's like The Slayers or Dragon Ball Z.

I prefer newer anime series because they usually have better animation, but there are a few older anime series that I consider really good too. If I had to choose, I would go with the new style of anime, from the 2000s...

oh, Well, it depends on the story, whether it's new or old, all matters is the story.

I enjoy both, the old style has more love in it while the new looks nicer but doesn't always hold up well.

i like both if they are good and can capture my interest. i don't want to watch anything if it is not appealing to me. i like new anime a tad bit more
