Improved page rank in bing

When you type "One piece forum" in bing, the second popular search engine, our forum is listed as the fourth item, in that list, in the very first page
This is truly an achievement for us.
Where as our google rank went down. I don't know google search engine works, but our place is fifth, in the second page.
In other words, our rank is 15 in google

So guys, in ideas regarding how to increase our popularity in seach engines?

The buttons remind me of Windows 98 and look ancient............You can replace them with good-looking buttons.......
