If someone excludes you in a group, how do you deal with it?

i keep feeling down and i don't know how to address this.
is there a way to not to make it sound rude and fuking pathetic?

You have a feeling of being depressed?

First of all, if this is the case, the absolute worst thing you can do is keep these feelings and thoughts bottled up inside. We have something today that I didn't have a youngster-- the internet. A vast and powerful Void of emptiness and sometimes unhinged responses from complete strangers. It's okay to let it all hang out. If a stranger believes you're pathetic, what loss is that of yours? They don't care, and you shouldn't either. There's a great saying that fits perfectly here.

"Opinions are like @$$holes. Everybody's got one and most of them stink!"

That being said, there are some truly amazing people that you'll find on the Internet, some good friends, and I'm sure if it were possible, these are the people who would be hanging out with you all the time, helping out out, building you up, encouraging you, and laughing at all the same silly things together. At least, that's what I believe.

I would look for friends elsewhere. If someone keeps leaving you out of the group, it's just not worth your time to try and get them to come around unfortunately. Senkusha said it well, surround yourself with people who want to hang out with you or be there for you during your time of need.
