If an anime has perfect aesthetics, but an awful plot and anime characters

I would consider that a normal anime and not a good anime.

I myself wouldn't watch it personally.

I'd probably watch something like this if it was short - a lot of the recent blockbuster Superhero movies and such, I would describe the same way.
It's nice to get some eye-candy every now and then but it's generally not something I'd seek out often.

The graphics and the plot as well as the characters of an anime is very important for me to truly enjoy it. If it's not all found in it, it may bore me at some point.
