Ideal adaptation of chapters for an episode...

So, how many chapters should ideally be selected for an anime episode?
One piece usually adapts just one chapter for an episode. For me, it should be at least 2-3 chapters for an episode.

It should depend on the chapter content
The story shouldn't be too slow paced and make people lose interest in it

i think they should adapt more and more and we can know the story with any drag on the plot

Yes, one chapters sounds bit dragging to me if the pages kinda low
