What context would you use that? The other one that looks like a lego block, where would you use that one?

in order to pester people, we can use that icon.
or many be foy ":bugging" others.
i hate bugs and i am not going to use that icon like ever,.

Yeah, I agree... It's probably for bugging people... Or for reporting bugs that you find on the forums (like, if something is not working properly, it's called a bug)...
