I am feelung so much tiredness today

I don't know why so much tiredness in my body...
3-4 days ago I started a gym may be that's why I do wprkout and my body get tired.....

hmmmm I need more stamina... would you tell me how can I recover/increase my stamina just by eating food?
 
Eat only vegetarian items.............Eat items that are rich in protein, like soya beans, pulses, etc..........

Just wait a month or two and you will get better. It is common to feel tired when you start working out. You can also do less exercises for a while; for some reason people like to do excessive training, which put them under strain and can lead to traumas and such. Taking it easy is usually a good advice.
 
I am sorry that you are feeling so tired today. Try and grab you some sleep and you may feel better in the morning :)
 
It's true. I just started exercising at home a few days ago, and I feel really tired, despite having slept last night... Hmm...
 
Keep drinking lot's of water, getting lot's of rest. Eat food with carbs that will give you energy like rice, pasta, etc. Like other's have said after a month or so of staying dedicated, you won't be as tired much anymore and you will get more energy.
