How to handle staff members who are extremely rude?

Ignoring them is the best.

I observed this many forums too,We can't bring sense into them. If we try to they just say whats your problem?.

well its from my personal experience.
 
If the forum is centered around mods then I would leave. I guess there are other ways to resolve the situation, but I don't think a forum is worth the effort. If we talk about a big subject-centered forum where mods don't play such a big role, then I may just ignore the conflict.

Looks like you got some OCD of your own.
Not everyone should oblige by your rules and be cool with other people. They can just be whatever they want.
Leave them be
