For how long do you think mainstream Shounen will keep the same formula? What do you think the thing that would change it? Do you have prediction what kind of formula that come after the current one?

I'm just making a face value observation here, but seeing the series that are brought up, and shonen being called a genre here, it doesn't seem like there's a lot of diversity. So that might be giving you that sentiment. When you branch out, you'll definitely see other styles or genres blow up and die out. Mecha sort of disappeared, while isekai's and idol shows blew up.
So I still stand by that if some other magazine with their own style overtakes Shonen Jump's popularity, I don't think they feel a need to change if their template is still profitable.

It's the best formula and something like that can never get too old.
