how do you rate a song

so how do you guys rate a song?
based on the music? or based on the lyrics? or anything else?
so how do you rate a song?
 
Based on the instrumental, lyrics and tempo. It has to be an enjoyable thing as a whole.
 
I have no clue about any musical terms so i'm just going to use some simple words :D. Music first then lyrics I would say. If it's catchy and I'm singing it in my head then I know it's a good song

Depends on the way it makes me feel, if I dont gain any feelings from it It's not on my list
 
i will look for what the band name is and compare it with their previous songs and then listen to it for 3-4 times and then decide if it's good or not
