how do you keep track of them assuming you have more than 20-25 anime in your ongoing airing list that you are watching

It's not that big of a deal
All you have to do is maintain a list or something. It shouldn't be hard at all for that matter.

i am sure most of the people feel lazy to update those lists often. that includes me too.
