Homeless people....in anime

I know that they are based on the real people. It's really sad to see them get hurt for nothing! It's just too much damn it.
Why do people beat them up like that? Because they don't have anyone to look after them?
jeeeeez

In most cases its just because they are poor or down in their luck, much like it is portrayed in the Big O anime.

The best portayal of homeless people I've seen is in Hinamatsuri. It's also comedy gold.
A comedy anime?
Wow...it's just that...this is serious stuff ya know.

It follows three young girls, one of them is homeless and the scenes involving her doesn't have any comedy.

Alright..I will think about it.
I read the gist...but it doesn't look too convincing for me...and it's a supernatural anime to boost :/

It's not a supernatural anime. It involves psychics, that's it.
And when I mention something I'm not recommending it, it's because it's under the topic of discussion. Whether you watch it or not is up to you, it's not my job to convince you.
In my opinion it's an excellent anime.

A few weeks ago while walking through Akihabara going from Electric Town to Yodobashi, I took a different route from what I normally do because it was shorter.
From that route on, you can choose to either go via the train station entrance, or just go around that.
At that time the train station entrance was overly crowded, so I went around that.
What I saw was a big number of homeless people, the sight was both upsetting and disgusting at the same time (and smelly, considering they don't even shower).

it's always there. people don't like poor people and those people would always be there. even if they die no one cares about them
it's a curse

So the homeless girl is kind of the straight character that keeps everything in line?

if she had a place she wouldn't be a homeless. i don't get why you think of her as homeless.
isn't she staying at that blond's house? @madarauchiha i saw this a long time ago but i think he took her in

I've already mentioned in this thread that the story follows three girls and one of them is homeless. You are talking about another girl.
