No need for long talk here is my opinion
Phink. He seems like the one who relied on power but he's actually pretty fast, we've seen how he can climb tall building on a blink of an eye and how he can catch up with Gon and Killua in auction building with such lightning speed. So.. powerful and quick, he sounds like a bad news for Hisoka
Franklin. Another one who misundertood as brute who relied on power. Not really! He actually pretty fast, when Spider first introduced to us we see how he can catch up with Nobunaga's movement. Besides.. his machine gun fingers looks dangerous and powerful, he's a difficult one
Feitan. Fast! Master swordsman! These alone is already bad news for Hisoka, not to mention about his Nen abilities Pain Packer and Rising Sun. Feitan is kinda impossible to lose in fair fight
Machi. I'm not too sure about Machi. I haven't seen the extent of his Nen ability and her combat skills. But! I've seen how her movement restricted by Bungee Gum and she can't free herself
Bonolenov. This guy.. i've seen his fight with the Chimera Ants. Not too impressive, and his Nen ability Battle Cantabile : Prologue is not too special i think Hisoka can handle that with little difficulty. But his other ability Battle Cantabile : Jupiter indeed looks strong. I still give 70:30 for Hisoka
Nobunaga. Not enough information about this guy
Shizuku. His Nen ability indeed more dangerous than it looks since it can suck blood from her opponent's body. But the question is.. can she actually deal damage to Hisoka? She's the most easy one i guess
Ilumi. I've talk about this on other thread. Draw!
Kalluto. Even if he's a Zoldyck he's still a kid, and i don't see his Nen ability is a threat for Hisoka
So that's it. With relying only his Bungee Gum i think Hisoka with meet difficulty facing Phink, Franklin, Feitan, and Ilumi unless suddenly Togashi sensei give him new deadly nen ability
