have you tried to check your anti-virus on the browser your using? or your firewall? i used to get this for some things such as fb and youtube but i disabled my anti-virus and they worked just fine

I did. I even disabled the windows firewall entirely.
I have disabled my avast anti-virus too.

You will have to use proxy nel.

We can't really help you there. If we chose to remove that, we are positive that we might have another DDOS attack.

You could try contacting Cloudflare protection and see if they can do something. They're having a false positive after all. It would benefit them to know taht IP belongs to a genuine person.
