Having a good art is miles more important than having a good animation

Do you all agree with that?
I believe that is the case and if the art is bad, even if the animation is good, it can't do much to the anime.

I feel the opposite. If the animation quality is good, you can either just get used to the art style or maybe grow to appreciate the art style. With bad animation, it seems like not much can help that.

Really depends. I find some good anime's visually, to suck in their story. I'd put up with more animes with them being bad visually, if they had good story lines.

Personally, as long as I'm concerned, both good arts and a perfect fit animation is a must for me to certify any anime to be complete in everything for me. If it comes short in any, then I will not be satisfied.
