I have never done that. Usually I drop anime but I wouldn't skip that many episodes but I do know people who skipped an entire arc.

Not really, I may skip a certain episode due to a bad filler or something but I'll give anything a run mostly.
I skipped Skypeia arc in One Piece but nothing other than that.
