Have you ever felt that you have hit an all-time low?

Just a serious question minasan.
Have you ever felt that you have hit the rock bottom....and ...you might never be able to get back on your feet? In those times, how did you cope up with ....stuff? What made you keep looking forward? It's a loaded question....sorry about that.

I was. And what i did? Nothing. I didn't do anything and just openly accept my failure until one day i get my spirit back. How did i get it back? I dont know, it just come back by it self. I spend about three years in the depth of abyss. So.. not recommended
