So, have you ever felt so helpless that you..... don't know where everything is going on and such?
I feel so helpless at the moment and kinda detached as well.

I have felt that plenty of times. Parents kind of disowned me since age 12. I kind of lived in and out of them with them for like another decade and now out. I felt financially helpless. Nobody to take care of during the sickness. Life can be pain sometimes.
