Have you ever come across any anime story line that's close to your dream story?

I am sure most of us must have thought about some story or becoming a mangaka at some point

So, have you guys come across any such story-line in anime?

Well, I haven't really watched too many in order to decide that I have come across any that would be described to fall short of what it's needed for me in general.
