Have you ever come across an anime synopsis that spoiled the entire anime?

It didn't happen to me but I did see people talking about it.
So, have you come across any such synopsis at any point of time?
 
entire anime in the synopsis?
i don't think so lol and if that really happened then the website is being maintained very poorly.
 
Not so far and if it's such a spoiler, I do try to report it first and try to consider my best course of action. If I still want to watch that anime, I will pick it up or I will pick the next one in my list.
 
I haven't come across such synopsis and I do use MAL and Anilist from time to time. We can always correct it by bringing it to attention, in both the websites.

most information these days can be edited or reported for it to be corrected
