for me i watched this anime hent@i once and a girl's limbs for cut off and they tried broke her eye putting it in. it's really so gross

It never happened to me
I am sure it's not a good idea to let those anime get you . It's better to think of it as entertainment and nothing more.

I was sure Wolf's rain is one among them and I was depressed for probably a few months after watching it.
