In this game the first user will give some blank spaces for the other users to fill.If the user provides all the vowels present in that word,then by default,every user gets 6 chances,otherwise,it's 9 chances. And if a user gets some letter right,then that letter is kept in it's rightful place. For example,something like this.....

If some user says a letter"f",and that letter is actually present in my word,then I will keep that letter in it's rightful place....
