well....i dont like to say it > .> but...  it is depicted in the series that Lucy is now closer to him than Lusiana right..? and also seems like lusiana's not in Natsu anymore...
 
I need to get back into this series, so I can't judge entirely. I enjoy the dynamic shown between Lucy and Natsu; though the episode showing Lisanna dying showed they at least used to have a good thing going. I'm judging by this question being asked that she must come back somehow, so I suppose I'm not too fair into the series, really. Until I see it, it's hard to judge :p
 
I'd have to say Lucy, probably because they are always together and are in the same team.
I don't really know havn't watched enough to judge.
