Grumpiest anime character ever

i don't care if the anime character is good or bad lol. list them all out here.
 
Not sure if there are more characters who are like the admirals from One piece
There are always bickering and there is always something going on with them. Garp can also be a grump
 
I was sitting here thinking, "who is pretty angry as a character, in the various animes' I have seen?". First I thought, Misty, from Pokemon is usually pretty angry. Then I thought, nah, she isn't the worst. Then I thought the one character that seems to be the grumpiest all the time, is Vegeta. He is pretty angry and grumpy, in most episodes of DBZ, Super and GT he is in. Second best angry character I know, is Goku's wife, Chi-Chi.
 
Yeah, Chi-Chi tends to get angry a ton. Always getting angry at Goku, for wanting to train; and always getting angry at her children for wanting to do what Goku does.
