He....well, he can leave his skin behind and he is pretty gross. I don't think anyone can beat him. 
Do you guys agree with me? If not, who do you think is the grossest character in anime?
 

I don't know who this character is or what anime it's from. I can say though from the anime that I have looked at I haven't come across any characters that are that bad that I would call them the grossest..yet
 
I never felt something or some character is very gross. It's the same and the anti protagonists has their reputation to maintain.
If anything, they aren't good at becoming a good anti protagonist when they are being gross
 
i want to say black beard with his beer belly and a heavy mustache but there are many other characters like that.
i don't like facial hair characters much
