So far.. Goku's design has been used for Bardock, Kid Goten, Turles, Black Goku, and Goku Jr. Okay that makes it 6 person with same looks lol that's creative
 
lol don't think about it too much
and it's not that bad either and i am sure they wouldn't use or further down the lane
 
It is pretty unique, though it shouldn't be repeated so much. Also goku black doesn't count, its the same person.

with this i agree
but a new outfit would have been even better but yes you are right
 
They don't have too many other designs.
It's not like character design can be easy when there are too many characters
