So I am a big fan of the Sengoku Basara series and when this.... school parody was announced I thought it be good, sadly.... not so much. They basically took out their super weapon fighting and just laid a school skin over all the characters. A good amount of skits done were pretty amusing but most felt pretty bland and a waste of character usage.

Only if you're Basara fan should you think of watching this, anyone new to the series may be confused and turned off.

because the anime is done and I wanted more, granted this wasn't what I wanted more of.
 
i am sorry to hear that
but usually parady makes an anime feel bad and i don't watch a mocking piece if i like the anime too much

A parody doesn't always mean its mocking, to the core this anime does represent the source material rather well, just in a silly way.

alright but most of the time, the parody mocks the original adaptation
that's what i have observed.
