Now that I think about it...how do strawhats earn money? They don't get money like in guilds of fairy tail, they don't take money from civilians to do odd jobs like ninjas and they never really steal anything from anyone.
So....where do you think they get their money from?
 
They would most likely starve without meat. They often get funding from the people they saved. Merking offered the riches to them, when they are trying to steal.
 
Nami and all her stealing is the finical backing of the Strawhats I believe, they could also be getting funds from those they save but Oda never bothers to write that in.

I don't think nami would share her wealth with others, even if they are her crewmates.
It's puzzling but Oda left it out for our imagination.

One piece anime.
It has 865 episodes which would drive away people who just starting to look into anime.

Oh I see. She was talking about fairy tail and stuff so I figured it was from that anime. Thanks

I know at one point in the anime I recall her talking about pinching pennies for the crew's spending. So I don't know if she has thrown her own wealth into it, but I'm sure she manged the finances. Also I know they got all of Moria's treasure.

I suppose that is also the case.
It's just difficult to see the source of income. They don't really rob people after all.
 
not everything can be explained.
you might think they get money from the people they help like how they received money from the mer king
