I believe fourth raikage would win this battle. He is really notorious and powerful. As long as he got both arms, he would win against guy for sure
 
might guy is as powerful as kakashi. kakashi is on par with obito. going by this, guy would win this battle
 
Guy, easy peasy. He was able to over-power Madara, against whom A struggled, and that too not when he was alone, when he was with 4 other Kage. And remember, A struggled against Sasuke who was still developing his Mangekyo. 
Plus, A's strengths are his physical prowess and speed, and Guy is better at both.

sasuke was plenty powerful when he got the eternal mangekyo. no one could have beaten him at that point

When he fought the Raikage in the Gokage summit he had a normal Mangekyo.
 
It depends on how many GATES Guy uses, but I would say without the GATES then Guy might get a thrashing since Raikage is fast as Minato is supposedly.

uchiha clan is powerful and sasuke is a genius. you wouldn't expect less power from him, who could get on part with naruto

So you are saying someone who over-powered Madara will have a tough time with someone who couldn't defeat Madara with the help of Tsunade, Gaara, Mei and Onoki?

it might have been a one time thing. do you remember lee's fight with gaara where he gave up everything for one fight. he can't do it often

We are talking about a one time thing here. The OP said A still has his arm. That means Guy still hasn't unleashed his full powers.

guys's powers are speed and martial art like jutsu and he can't win with them. but by my logic, i know guy would win

Well, if X struggled against Y, and Z was able to put up a match against Y, then that automatically means Z is more powerful than X, especially when Z and X have strengths that are similar.

some things are different. village also matters. sand type ninja is weak against water type
