Forum was not opening, its just for me or for everyone?

sometimes it displayed a server side error message and site never cam online few hours, i just want to ask is this for me or you all facing this problem?
 
Yes everyone was experiencing that error at some point if they tried to access the site at a certain time. I also believe there are sites out there on google that let you search to see if a site is up or down. 
 
It comes and it goes.  Claraviolet is aware of it and has been making strives forward with the other admins to fix this.
