First bad impression on an anime

do you have any anime which you disliked a lot at first?
there are many anime for me and later i came to like them. prime example is fairy tail for me

I dropped it after 3 episodes, couldn't stand the comedy and I honestly didn't know what the hell was going on. I gave it another chance a year later and then rewatched it again a few years after that.

I still maintain that the first 10 episodes are the weakest part of the series.

that's a surprise to me.
i thought the comedy was fun but to think you didn't like it? may be you didn't like the art too?

As I said it's a bunch of things. Comedy was one aspect but the series was all over the place and was paced way too quickly.

As for the art no the art is gorgeous and the animation is very fluid.
Why would I think my favourite anime has bad art?

when you watch like quality anime, you would think the art is bad.
i day many people dissing violet evergarden anime after watching it for 360p

I mean if you watch something in potato quality on a big screen everything is bound to look ugly.

that's what the argument was.
many people in the past used to watch life quality videos and they used to dislike the art a lot
 
it's very slow paced
i can't think of any reason why you would hate it. it doesn't have any bad jokes or gore.
do you dislike slow paced anime a lot?
 
I never liked one piece at first man.
It's got bad art and I had to pick it up, due to high pressure and it was bad too but later it became interesting
 
one piece starting is really good.
i don't get why you don't like it at first but it's good to see you find it interesting after that
