Filler arcs or drawn out scenes/arcs?

What do you prefer in general?
I am sure fillers and drawn out scenes can be very annoying but sometimes we need to choose something. So, what do you think?

i would say filler arcs here
and i am sure people can always skip them but if an arc gets dragged out, it's going to get harder to keep up with the popularity
