Favorite Japanese Dishes?

I personally love : beef, salmon and chicken teriyaki, tempuras, onigiri and sushi with Japanese soy sauce, vinegar, wasabi,  salad and mayo and ginger slices and finally : home-made Japanese ramen noodles. Yum. How about you?

other than typical ramen I can't say I've had Japanese dishes, though Chicken teriyaki looks amazing, might try and make that for dinner tomorrow.
