Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel (movie)

I have some concerns about the film and I noticed that there weren't any forums about it. I think this will end up being too rushed and condensed. It feels like this should be its own show, or at the very least, multiple films.
 
i have watched it but i don't remember the story at all. i keep forgetting all the anime except yaoi and shonen ai and other popular shonen anime. i will have to re watch this movie again

Fate/Stay Night is a visual novel has three routies: Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's Feel.
The Fate/Stay Night anime that came out in 2006 adapted the Fate route.

Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works seasons 1 and 2 adapt the Unlimited Blade Works Route, and Note: Do not watch the Unlimited Blade Works movie that came out in 2010.

Heaven's Feel is the final route, and a movie trilogy is the one that adapts it. Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feel: Presage Flower is the first one from the trilogy, it was released in 2017 and the Blu-ray is out now. I think that's what the OP is talking about.

Fate/Zero is the prequel light novel to all the three routes listed above and Fate/Zero seasons 1 and 2 adapt it.

thanks for the break down, though I already watched the 2010 movie which I remember being decent.

I forgot to mention that I've only watched Fate/Zero from the above and this is merely a summary of the general consensus of people who are fans of Fate.
