Fast recovery in anime

do you feel all the characters in anime have very fast recovery?
i do and their wounds are always not extreme.

you are right about it
no one should jump down from a tower to the ground without getting a few broken bones.

that's because he was human and lacked a stone, thankfully some anime stick to normal healing rates.

those are usually very rare
usually they don't take timeskip like this
 
I'd say One Piece has portions in the middle of an arc or after the main bad guy is beaten where they spend episodes in recovery. But Oda pushes them to the extreme a lot of times.
Even Hunter x Hunter takes wounds somewhat seriously.

not always
there are some anime which don't give too much time and a broken leg can be healed in days

Well.. maybe they have strong restorative cells haha.. anyway most audience usually overlooked this thing, so i think the author think it would be okay

the last time i heard they are just regular humans and not some mutants.
