I don't think I've read many fanmade works, mainly because i read streamlined stuff i think? Though seeing fan-art i think a fan made spinoff or continuation to an already done manga would be nice.

manga don't always have great endings and people get disappointed with them so i prefer fan made chapters, endings most of the time

i read fanfiction for things that i like and i read everything in that section and all of them are not updated in a long time
