Fan fiction better than anime

i like ai no kusabi fanfiction more than the anime and novel. i like it more and it's more detailed and had unexpected ending but i still liked it

Well if you like an alternate ending, your soul grace is fanfiction. I wouldn't say they are better than anime or manga but.. Sometimes we prefer those alternate endings

I don't read fanfiction at all.
I do know that some anime endings are different than the manga.
In those cases, something's I do prefer anime ending which can be called as fanfiction to some extent

the endings matter to me. i like tragedy tag and brokenhearted. i want to see the sufferings first and then i want to see the happiness at the end. it's a great twist and i like it

oh god back when I was going to high school there was a writer on fanfiction.net named Lord of the Land of Fire that wrote excellent naruto fanfiction, to the point it was far better than the manga at the time.

i wouldn't think like that and kishimoto was an excellent writer. i don't think he can be surpassed by a noob

not sure if being serious or joking but I hope you're joking. Kishi was good but flopped a lot on the story. Granted its always a matter of opinion, but the guy I mentioned and others I've ready did the story more justice.

if the story is heading for a liked ending and if your ship sailed, you would like that story but kishimoto came up with the entire story and the characters. how can you say that, he is not good enough?

Oh he did a good job creating, but couldn't develop them properly or steer arcs properly like the final war arc or just turning everything into an all out DBZ god battle.
