Fairy tail, your Thoughts on it?

Pretty much the same, specifically when it comes to the action. It's probably among the worst in shounen, not because it looks ugly because it's static and repetitive and there's no kinetic nature to it like in Naruto or Fire Force. There's no proper power scaling or variety to the nature of the attacks.
There's no sense of stakes either because almost every character survives and even if there's 'death' Mashima does a U-Turn anyway(and this happens all the way in the final arc).
Inspite of all that, I ended up finishing it:/. I don't know why I'm not a completionist and I tend to drop series pretty easily. Maybe because I sort of liked the good guy characters, even though they didn't have character development of any kind. It has a decent soundtrack with some good OP and ED.

the anime does take some patience to get through, but I find it has a lot of sprinkled epic scenes that are worth sticking around for.
