Exaggerated news article

When I saw that news article about Luffy defeating big mom, I was really surprised.
No one would believe it and Luffy isn't strong enough to defeat big mom yet

Haha.. maybe plot armor. I read about One Piece and they said that there are lot of plot armor used in One Piece

One Piece always has exaggerated news articles though, right from the Alabasta arc. And the defeat was figuretive, they didn't mean he physically defeated her. They were actually talking about Katakuri. The victory was more about invading her territory, ruining the marriage and escaping Whole Cake Island.

I feel bad for big mom but she shouldn't have used dirty tactics to get germa66
